You can categorize undefined stops directly from your device's screen !
Step 1: Go to the "Events" page
As soon as an undefined stop occurs, a card will show you the date and time of the stop. Your device lists all undefined stop causes, from the most recent to the oldest.
Step 2: Click on a stop
Browse the list of stop causes defined by your administrator and select one. Categorization then happens automatically.
Please note
Each stop can be categorized for a maximum of 24 hours from its start date. Beyond that, the card is no longer displayed and the stop can no longer be categorized from the screen. It remains categorizable from your platform.
