Here is the Setup Guide for the Keysmart, to simplify the commissioning of your device.
IT prerequisites
Check or configure your network flows (see the dedicated page : Network Flows Configuration) to ensure continuous data communication between the devices and your Keyprod application.
Device installation
Install your Keysmart on the machine whose status and production you want to monitor. Technical details are available in the dedicated document attached at the end of this page.
Please note that there is a specific document for Keysmart v1 (black/gray enclosure) and a separate document for Keysmart v2 (black/red enclosure).
Device configuration
In parallel with the physical installation of your device, it must be configured in order to associate the device outputs with the production states and counts.
To do this :
- Connect to the device directly via Ethernet using the following adress : http://10.10.10.1
- Configure the connection to your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network by clicking on the network connection icon. The new connection address for your device is now available in the device's internal connection menu or in your Keyprod application (on the page Settings / Organisation / Keyprod Devices).
For Keysmart v2, you can verify the reliability of the connection to the Keyprod application by checking that the three green LEDs (RUN / NTW / KPW) are lit green.
- Then configure the inputs of your Keysmart (you can follow this step here for v1 devices ; the video for the v2 devices is currently being produced).
For both v1 and v2 devices, as soon as the signal is detected on one of the device inputs, a green light will turn on above the connector. This allows you to confirm that the signal is correctly detected by the device.
- Go to your Keyprod application to create the machine and assign your Keysmart to it (on the page (Settings / Management / Equipement organization), and start receiving data !
Initial configuration check
Once your device is connected and assigned, you can validate the result of your configuration by checking that device detections are correctly reported in the application and match production events (machine status and counting).
For example, you can do this via the Utilization page and its event timeline.
