The "Status" dashboard allows you to quickly visualize the operational status of your machine groups.

It compiles essential information related to event tracking into a table, including runtime and downtime, as well as availability rates.

Global Losses Dashboard

The "Global Losses" dashboard enables the analysis of stoppages and losses at the machine group level. It consists of four modules:

• Production Rate: Measures production efficiency by comparing actual output to the required production time. It includes the impact of micro-stoppages (short interruptions) and unplanned stoppages (major downtimes). A high production rate means better use of production time and fewer disruptions due to stoppages.

• Top Losses: This chart, often referred to as a "waterfall diagram," visually breaks down the total production result. It clearly distinguishes positive contributions (production time) from negative contributions (non-production time) to the final outcome.

• Downtime Causes: This module allows you to analyze, in Pareto format, all declared stoppage causes for your equipment. The cumulative losses are ranked to highlight those that most impact your productivity. This enables prioritization of corrective actions to eliminate major losses and gain competitiveness effectively.

• Losses Summary: This stacked bar module allows you to compare the productivity of your machines and production cells, helping to quickly identify the best and worst-performing items, the least productive ones, and which types of losses impact them the most.
