The “Machines” pages allow you to monitor events and key indicators for each of your machines. |
Utilization Dashboard
The "Utilization" dashboard is designed to support operators during production. It consists of three modules :
-
Operational View (KPI) : This chart, often referred to as a "waterfall chart," visually breaks down the total production outcome. It clearly distinguishes positive contributions (production time) from negative contributions (non-production time) to the final result.
-
Production Rate Evolution : This chart illustrates the evolution of the production rate over time. The data represents production values at specific moments, allowing for the observation of trends, increases, or decreases in production.
-
Event Timeline : This production module chronologically visualizes a machine's activities. Each segment represents a production phase or a stoppage. This tool allows for a quick analysis of operational efficiency and interruptions.
Categorization Page
This page is designed to assist operators in categorizing downtimes across multiple machines. It provides a timeline of events, a navigation bar to switch between machines, and a list of associated downtime causes for each machine.
Losses Dashboard
The "Losses" dashboard allows you to analyze downtimes and losses at the machine level. It consists of three modules:
-
Major Losses: This chart, often called a waterfall diagram, provides a visual breakdown of total production output. It clearly distinguishes between positive contributions (production time) and negative contributions (downtime).
-
Downtime Causes: This Pareto-based module helps analyze all reported downtime causes on your equipment. Cumulative losses are ranked to highlight the ones most affecting productivity, enabling you to prioritize corrective actions for increased efficiency.
-
Loss Reason Pareto Charts: This module ranks downtimes by impact using the Pareto principle, helping you identify the 20% of causes responsible for 80% of occurrences or downtime. This enables you to target the most critical inefficiencies affecting performance.
Monitoring Dashboard
The "Monitoring" dashboard allows you to track the actual production performance of your equipment.
It consists of four modules:
-
KPI (OEE): A key performance indicator that evaluates equipment efficiency by combining availability, performance, and quality. It helps measure overall productivity and identify improvement areas.
-
Major Losses: This module provides an overview of cumulative productivity losses, categorizing them into six main families.
-
Run Rate: This gauge-based module tracks the actual production rate of your equipment, monitoring deviations from the reference rate. A drop in production rate negatively impacts OEE by reducing the performance score.
-
Job Progress: This real-time module monitors the progress of ongoing production orders, displaying the number of produced parts and the delays caused by production losses.
Cycles Dashboard
The "Cycles" dashboard provides real-time insights into ongoing production. It consists of four modules:
-
Cycle Evolution: Tracks production cycles and highlights deviations occurring in your production process.
-
Manufacturing Order Progress: Displays key information about the current work order in progress.
-
Timeline+: This enhanced timeline module chronologically visualizes machine activities. Each segment represents a production phase or a downtime. The tool helps analyze operational efficiency and interruptions by adding detailed downtime insights.
-
Job Statistics: Provides statistical analysis and cycle averages, allowing you to compare them with previous work orders.
Weekly Timeline Page
The "Weekly Timeline" page chronologically represents machine activities. It consists of a single module: each segment represents a production phase or a downtime. This tool enables a quick analysis of operational efficiency and interruptions.
KPI Overview Dashboard
The "KPI Overview" dashboard provides an overview of four key performance indicators. It consists of four modules:
-
Production Rate: Measures production efficiency by comparing the actual output to the required production time. It includes the impact of micro-stops (short interruptions) and unplanned downtimes (major stops). A high production rate indicates optimal use of production time and minimal downtime disruptions.
-
Availability Ratio: This module measures productivity losses due to unplanned downtime such as breakdowns, waiting times, and series changes. A higher availability rate means your machine is more frequently available for production.
-
KPI Evolution: Provides a holistic view of production by combining productivity, profitability, and added value, enabling a comprehensive analysis of operations and financial performance.
-
Utilization Ratio: This metric measures the actual productive load of your equipment. It represents the proportion of scheduled production time (required time) within the factory’s operational hours. A decreasing load rate is directly linked to an increase in planned downtimes.
