Help Center

The Help Center gives you one-click access to all the information that can help you optimize your use of Keyprod.

You will find :  The latest updates and the new features associated with them The online Knowledge Base, where you can easily search for answers to your questions using a search bar A link to contact our Support team in case you need assistance or wish to suggest new features.

Notifications

The "Notifications" button opens the side panel. You can quickly categorize the latest downtimes on the machines you are assigned to.

Profile

The "Profile" button allows you to: 

• Access your User page, where you can find your information and set up your home page 
• Change the Platform language
• Log out
