Configuring your time settings is the second step of your setup.
It consists of several steps:
|
|
Configuring different team schedules per machine
The Keyprod application operates by assigning time slots to machines.
This solution offers flexibility, allowing you to:
-
Create schedules that apply to the entire site (e.g., 6 AM - 2 PM; 2 PM - 10 PM)
-
Additionally, you can create more specific schedules that apply only to certain machines, which may operate, for instance, only two hours a day (e.g., 10 PM - 12 AM).
You can assign these schedules to previously created machines to precisely define their operating hours. It is essential to create schedules that match your machines to obtain accurate and reliable indicators.
Your site's opening hours will then be calculated based on the first machine's opening time and the last machine's closing time (in our example: 6 AM - 12 AM).
To do this:
1 - Go to the 'Opening Hours' page in the dropdown menu to access the schedule management page.
2 - Click "Add opening hours" in the center of the screen and fill in the following fields:
-
Schedule name
-
Start date
-
Daily opening hours
Then click ADD to create this schedule.
Repeat this process for all machine operating schedules.
Configuring your site's closing schedules
To avoid modifying each machine's schedule during global site closures, you can manage this information directly in the "Closing Periods" page from the navigation menu.
Select the closing dates and times, and these values will be applied to all your machines during these periods.
Configuring recurring downtimes
To simplify the handling of planned downtimes that occur at a fixed recurrence, you can create a recurring planned downtime. To do this, go to the "Recurring Downtime Management" page by clicking "Recurring Downtimes" in the sidebar menu.
-
Click "Add a recurring downtime"
-
Fill in the required information: downtime name, start and end dates, downtime type, recurrence, and affected machines.
-
Click "Add" to create the downtime.
