Import WOs in CSV format

Importing WOs into Keyprod simplifies production planning, allows real-time tracking, and automates operator declarations. To import your WOs/phases:

1. Click on the "PLANNING" button in the bottom menu.
2. Select the correct production site, then click "IMPORT JOBS".
3. Upload the CSV file and match the data with Keyprod fields.

Your CSV file must contain the following information: WO number, phase number, part reference, and phase quantity. After importing, check the report to confirm success or review potential errors.

Planning and capacity management

Keyprod allows you to assign WOs to machines and define launch dates. With load-capacity calculations, you can visualize resource utilization and plan optimally. Two planning modes are available:

• Date Mode: Tasks are scheduled based on their start date and executed in chronological order.
• Priority Mode: Tasks are executed based on priority, regardless of start date.

Tracking and statistics of WOs

WO tracking in Keyprod is done through several tables:

• PLANNING: View active and scheduled WOs.
• TO PLAN: Unscheduled WOs waiting for a machine and launch date.
• IN PROGRESS: Track WOs in production with details on progress, non-conforming parts, and remaining times.
• COMPLETED: Review completed WOs with statistics (cycle time, OEE, quality).
