In just a few clicks from Excel, you can quickly obtain a user-friendly and usable format in just seconds.
The functionality can be found under Settings / Production / Data Export.
To use Microsoft Excel versions, start by creating a new blank document. This step is essential as it allows you to work on a clean file without pre-existing data.
Next, access the "Data" menu located at the top of your screen. Click on it to display the different available options.
Among these options, select the "From Text/CSV" function. This function allows you to load data from a text or CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.
Once you click on this function, a window will open to display the data in the best format based on its structure (delimiter).
If the proposed format does not suit you, modify the type of delimiter.
Once you have the file origin and the type of delimiter, click "Load" to import the data into your Excel document.
You can now start working with the imported data in Excel. You can sort, filter, analyze, and create charts to visualize the data more easily.
In summary, to load data from a text or CSV file into Excel, you need to create a new blank document, access the "Data" menu, and select the "From Text/CSV" function. Follow the instructions to select and load the file, then start working with the imported data.
